Camberwell Double

I have a double room available in my flat in Camberwell, just south of Burgess Park (SE5 7SE). Recently renovated and great views of London Skyline. No separate living room, but there’s a table and seating in the kitchen. £970 pcm, bills included.

I work in admin for a video studio and I’m also a painter (not a messy one!). I’m pretty chilled, tidy and easy-going, and looking for someone similar. It’s my home, so ideally we’d get along, while respecting each other’s independence. LGB friendly, too!

Ideally looking for someone who doesn’t work from home full-time.
