Large en-suite room in zone 2

Due to me moving out, my room is available for rent in this large 2 bedroom apartment situated in Zone 2 between Camberwell & Brixton sharing with my current flat mate Hyago. Move in date is around 15th November, however the dates can be flexible.

Bills usually come in around £180 - £200 a month depending on usage which we transfer into a house account.

The flat is mostly fully furnished, which was a winner when we moved in! We have a great relationship with the landlord which also really helps if we need anything fixing.

Bedroom - large en-suite with a king size bed / mattress. 2 built in wardrobes and a chest of drawers.

The flat itself is light and bright with lots of storage throughout. An added bonus to have a large garden too - perfect in the summer months.

Hyago is a 34 year old brazilian guy who enjoys the arts, going to the gym, and is also studying to become a counsellor

Finding the right flat mate is crucial, ideally Hyago would like another gay male professional. Clean, tidy and of course friendly.

Rent is paid on the 15th of each month, so the first full rent payment will be on 15th December. However, if you would like to move in before this date (room can be free from 1st December) then a pro rata rent payment can be worked out.
