Hi all, one of our flatmates is sadly moving out, so we have a very spacious double room available in a 3 bed fully-furnished modern flat in Camberwell / Elephant and Castle.

The room:

- Comes with a double bed, desk, 2 mirrored wardrobes and a chest of drawers
- Lots of storage space including under bed storage

The flat:
- Utility room with washing machine and dryer
- Kitchen with 2 ovens, 2 fridges, dishwasher and induction hob

About us:
Mai (29): I’m in full-time employment. I’m always up for a little get together in the evenings to catch up but also enjoying having some alone time!

Sophia (29): Also in full-time employment. During my free time I like to read books, volunteer, and explore different coffee shops. I also enjoy staying in and catching up on movies.

About you:
- Looking for someone in full-time employment, preferably someone who works in the office (but we don’t mind if you work once or twice a week at home!)
- Clean, respectable and a good communicator
- Someone who enjoys a relaxed, peaceful home

The area:
- The flat is located just outside the bus stop (which runs 24/7) that can get you pretty much anywhere
- Closest tube stations are Elephant & Castle and Kennington (0.5 miles away). Both are roughly a 20 minute walk but you can also take the bus that can get you there in less than half the time
- Sainsbury’s local and Iceland just 2 minute walk away
- Opposite Burgess park which has tennis courts and football fields

Rent:
This will be a new tenancy agreement starting on November 25th. Bills are not included in the rent, but they roughly come to around £130 pm each.
