I am looking for someone to take my room permanently in this lovely house on a mews near the centre of Camberwell. I’m leaving to move in with my girlfriend.

The room is massive with a lot of light and a comfy bed. It has a a balcony that looks out onto a lot of greenery. The house has a good sized kitchen for 4 and the large bedroom has given me a nice amount of personal space. The bathroom shower's got great water pressure and has been kept clean while I've been here. Also, the windows are double glazed so its been warm on the cold nights this year!
The three other folks living in the house are extremely kind and friendly. I moved in with them through Spareroom without knowing them prior and they've let me into their friendship in a lovely way. They like to cook for each-other and have good shared responsibility over the house.
The house is Southwark Council Tax Band F.
