Shared modern clean bathroom, spacious homely lounge and kitchen with all mod cons: washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave etc.
Clean and tidy very homely flat.

Nice quiet and very sort after location.
Walking distance to high street shops with a choice of convenience stores and major supermarkets close by.
Large park located close by, great to walks or fitness.
Based in a friendly quiet safe neighbourly street and great travel links to all of London and out of London.
4 minutes walk to Denmark Hill train station with the train having you in Victoria in 12 minutes.
10 minutes walk to Loughborough Junction with trains to Blackfriars, Farringdon, Kings Cross
15/20 minutes walk to Brixton tube
24 hour buses
Located 5 minutes walk from high street and large park.
Resident parking on street also bike storage.

I’m a normal down to earth gay guy, more at home in a local pub with a pint of bitter than living on the scene. I'm front line NHS staff, so work long & unsociable hours so often not home during the day or evenings, also work night shifts.
I enjoy a very active and sociable life, have a variety of sports interests, gym several times a week, swimming, cycling and indoor rock climbing. I have a love of food and wine, so cook a lot on my days off.

Professional friendly open minded person needed to share lovely clean tidy home.
Great to socialize with over a glass of wine but also likes their own space.
Tidy and respectful.
Total rent will be £1100 per month including ALL bills. (Gas, electric, water, council tax, sky broadband and TV license etc)
