A double bedroom is available in this beautiful garden house.

There is an open-plan kitchen with two fridges, an integrated washing machine, and a tumble dryer. There is also a dining room and a living room with garden views. The house is energy efficient: there is double glazing throughout the whole property and LED lighting.

This place is modern, spacious, and full of natural light. There is a large garden, which is rare for houses in this area.

The bedroom is furnished, but it is no problem if you have your own furniture — I am flexible.

About the existing tenants: four professionals in full-time employment live in the house at the moment — two females and two males (one from Ireland and three from England). They are in a similar age group, around 28 to 32 years old, and they all get on well with each other.
