For Short-term letting, the rent is £1,000 bills included but not gas & electricity bills. It depends on the usages.

@The room is with a fitting wardrobe, a table and a chair and a King size bed.

@The flat has a security of entry and it has a large kitchen with dinning table, and a modern bathroom.

@People:
Currently flatmate is working as management accountant in the city.: the other one is an art student.

@Park & shopping nearby:
1. Burgess Park is one minute away, in where you can playing tennis, running and BQQ.
2. Tesco store about 7 minutes by walking
3. Big Tesco 10-15 minutes .

@Transportation:
The bus stop is just downstairs, few steps away.

1. Bus number 343 and 136 are going to elephant and castle for about 7-8 minutes. 343 goes to London Bridge about 25 minutes off rush hour.

2. Walking across the Burgess Park about 7-8 minutes, there is another bus stop to go to central London directly, the bus No: are 171, 176, 148 and 12, about 30 - 40 minutes.

3. Go to Waterloo station about 25 minutes.
