A room is available in our flatshare, move in 1st November or potentially earlier in October.
The house is in Camden, just off Highgate Road and minutes from the South side of Hampstead Heath with great links to central London. There are great surrounding amenities in this green part of London. The rear of the house overlooks an orchard so is in a really green space for Zone 2.
The flat is a family house, which means my family come and stay there from time to time, but they easily coexist with the women living there currently, who are friendly professionals between 35-45. You can meet them and explore this with them and myself before you move in to see if this would work for you.
The room includes all bills, broadband, electricity, gas, high speed broadband, water and council tax.
There is the additional monthly charge of £37.50 for a cleaner who comes once a week (shared between four).
