The room is bright with huge windows and light all day and very quiet, as it faces the courtyard rather than the street. It has its own private bathroom, and comes furnished with large built-in closets, a beautiful storage bed and luxurious mattress, two nightstands and two side lamps. The flat is open-plan, with a proper kitchen and living room, dishwasher, washing machine in a separate utility room with a dryer and, fittingly, a piano. It also has blackout shades and two different ceiling lights throughout the flat.

We are an early-to-mid-thirties couple in the master bedroom with our own en-suite bathroom. Sociable and easygoing, happy to share a meal and equally happy to leave you to it.

Location. Chalk Farm (Northern line) is five minutes on foot, Kentish Town West (Overground) a little further, and the 24 Bus stops right outside, with several other buses nearby. Primrose Hill and Regent's Park are close by, with Hampstead Heath within reach for longer walks. Camden Market, The Roundhouse, The Lock Tavern and the Hawley Arms are all a few minutes away.

Terms: £1,600 per month, bills not included (happy to estimate). £1,800 deposit. Available from 6 December 2026 and flexible on length of stay - short or long term both considered.

Who we're looking for. A single young professional. The room is set up for one, so we're not taking couples.

Pets. Open-minded rather than closed, but it depends on the animal and how it would fit in the flat. Do ask.
