One of 2 rooms (large single or large double)

We have a spare large double room with private small patio in our new built home or a large single room with access to a share communal garden. We only want to rent out one, which ever will be your preference.

LARGE ROOM:
bed/mattress, wardrobe and patio furniture will be provided (but not the bed in the picture).

SMALL ROOM:
bed/matress, wardrobe, shelf and boxes (if needed) will be provided.

All bills included, access to washing machine/tumble dryer/dishwasher, 2 toilets one of which has a bathtub and access to a beautiful roof garden. Use of all the household items will be included aswell, cleaning responsibilities are mine and my husband we only ask you clean up after youself when using the communal areas such as bathroom and kitchen.

We are based in the heart of Camden town, very good local transport all 5 mins walking distance.

The vibrant Camden lock market/canal is again 5 mins walk away.

We are a small family (a couple with 2 daughters 8 and 2), very clean, and quite household. love socialising, playing games, traveling and watching movies and gardening.

I work in at UCL university, remotely, my husband is a cabbie mainly working nights.

We are looking for either a couple or single female preferably.
