Cozy Room in Camden Town

Hello ,

We have 1 Double room available from the 8th of April, £750 per month bills included.

We are looking for someone CLEAN, TIDY and respectful. Ideally someone that is hardly at home and doesn’t use the kitchen often.

Although the flat is located above a pub and we like to hang out and have a drink togethers, this is not a party house!
We are all professionals in our 30s and would prefer to maintain a similar age range.

The room is on the first floor of the flat and I won’t deny they could be a bit noisy Friday’s and Saturday.
The flat has 4 wc, 2 showers , and a very big kitchen , 2 hobs and 2 ovens.
The pub has an amazing roof terrace that we can enjoy anytime.
All the flatmates are really cool , friendly and we are very international.

Please note there there is no space for bikes in the flat, no video viewings, and no remote work!
