Hi all! I’m currently on the lookout for a new flatmate to move in with me in the two bed two bathroom flat I’ve been renting for the past 9 years. We would sign a new contract and we would be co-tenants.
So what’s on offer? An en-suite room, on the 5th floor of a "new build" apartment, with a residents only gym and 24 hour concierge. Location is ideal and only 1 min walk from Canada Water tube station. Rent is £1,300pcm + bills, which is around £1,650total.
You’ll be living with me, a 40year old professsional working in the Tech sector. I’ve been living in London for the past 15 years.
My job is fully remote so I work from home every day - so I am very respectful of people’s space and daytime work conditions. You can be sure you’ll be able to work from home without any distractions as I’ll be doing the same (in my room!).
I’m a very relaxed and easy going person. In my free time I like casual cycling, gym, going to electronic music festivals and gigs, eating out at different restaurants and going for a few drinks with friends - weeknights and weekends alike!
I’m looking to live with another professional who is tidy, clean and has respect for communal areas and is sensible with noise during (most) weeknights. Weekend parties welcome! :)
