Room 1: Double room on the ground floor with a private bathroom on the first floor. Suitable for a single occupant only.

Room 2: Double room with a shared bathroom. One single occupant only.

Room 3: En-suite room available for one single occupant only.

Room 4: Large en-suite room with a small kitchenette, suitable for a couple.

All bills (council tax, gas, electricity, water, TV licence, fast fibre internet), weekly cleaner and dedicated in-house maintenance team included in the rent!

The house is arranged over 3 floors, was recently refurbished. It has an open plan kitchen leading to the dining room and a nice sized garden. Its fully furnished and has a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and 2 fridge freezers.

Car parking is available at additional cost.

The transport links include regular buses outside the house (381 and the nearby C10) travelling to Canada Water for the Jubilee Line or Overground (6 mins). Or westbound buses to Bermondsey and London Bridge.
