Bills per month are around £250 per person (inc. council tax, fiber broadband, electricity, water, heating) - total rent is £1,420 per month per person.

The building is less than 2mins walking from Canada Water tube station (Jubilee and Overground lines). It has several amenities exclusive to residents: 24h concierge, gym, cycle storage, rooftop landscaped garden, multi-purpose court (tennis, football, etc.) & lounge / working area (search "Folio Porters Edge" for more details).

Current flatmate is leaving end of August - available from 1st of September.

Looking for someone (preferably female) that is clean, tidy and cooperative to make things work that ideally doesn't work from home full time.

* Referencing criteria & deposit information:
To pass our referencing a tenant must earn 3 times their annual rent share and not be in a probationary period or have a zero hour contract. Have a satisfactory previous landlord reference and no adverse credit e. g. CCJ, bankruptcy. If you require a guarantor, they must earn 2.5 times the annual rent share and be a UK homeowner.
