Double bedroom ensuite to rent in Canada Water

The existing flatmate is leaving in mid-February but I am keen to keep living here, it's a very nice newly built flat just above Canada Water station so the transport links are excellent. Furnished flat, the room available is a double bedroom with ensuite - see pictures, but unfortunately it doesn't come with Harry Styles!

You'll be living with me, I'm 29 years old, a hard-working architect so I'm hardly around during the weekdays, but I am social so always keen to hang out in the evenings and weekends. I'm not fussy with who I live with as long as they are relatively tidy and easy going.
