We are looking for a friendly housemate to take our remaining Large room in our newly renovated two-storey flat.

The room has simple furnishings, with the option to add more if needed. We have only just finished renovating, so we're still furnishing and putting the finishing touches to the flat. We'd love for our new housemate to have a say in how we make the space feel like home!

All bills are included in the rent, making things nice and straightforward.

We're just a 2-minute walk from Surrey Quays and Greenland Dock, which is great for open-water swimming, watersports and enjoying the outdoors.

Ideally, we'd love someone who wants more than just a place to sleep — someone friendly who enjoys sharing the living room, having the occasional dinner party or movie night, and helping create a relaxed, welcoming home.

The flat has two showers and one bath, and the council tax band is C.
