2 Rooms in Newly rennovated split level Flat.

We are looking for two friendly housemates to take each of the two rooms. Or potentially for a couple or one person to take both other rooms (The smaller room as office) They have simple furnishings with an option for more. We have just finished renovations, so looking for someone to move in and help make it feel like home, we are still furnishing so would love the person who comes to stay to have a hand in choosing what goes where. All bills are included in the rental. We are about 2 minutes walk away from Surrey Quays/Greenland dock which is nice for open air swimming and watersports. We'd love it to be the kind of flat where we all get on, use the living room together and have occasional dinner parties/movie nights. There are two showers and one bath in the property. We are council tax band C.
