This spacious south-facing flat boasts a reception room, separate kitchen, and a balcony. As a project engineer with an active lifestyle, I'm working in office and other flatmate is also working in office.

I'm looking for someone decent, tidy, not loud, and maintaining regular sleep hours. The flat is unfurnished, with all furniture belonging to me, including a double bed, drawers, and cupboard in the available room.(TV and gaming chair not included). Additional storage is available for luggage
