Bright double room in a modern two bedroom flat, with its own bathroom. Available immediately until mid November.

Availability:
My ex girlfriend has moved out, hence the availability. The lease ends in November, so it’s only available on a short term basis. Ideal for someone in between places, on a work placement or new to London.

Room:
Fully furnished, although doesn’t have a desk. There is a desk in the living room which would be available Tuesday to Thursday each week (and weekends), as I only work from home on Mondays and Fridays. The bookshelf you can see in the photos can be taken out and moved into my room if preferred. Private bathroom (not an en-suite but solely for your use).

Flat:
Shared living room / kitchen, which is obviously available at all times. Clean and tidy flat, cleaner comes once a week which is included. Fast WiFi, Netflix, all bills etc are taken care of. Washing machine / dryer, dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen. New build flat with gated entrance and concierge.

Location:
8 minute walk to Canada Water station (Jubilee and overground) and 10 minute walk to Surrey Quays station (overground). Convenient cycle paths if that’s your preference. Large Tesco is also a ten minute walk away.

About me:
35 year old male professional. Clean and tidy, looking for someone similar. I work from the office three days a week and from home Mondays and Fridays. Go to the gym, play padel and usually out once per week.

Rent and details:
£200 per week (weekly based on short term availability). One week deposit up front. No pets or smokers, sorry. If you’re a couple then the rent would be £300 per week to take into account additional bills and inconvenience; ideally it’s a two person flat and one person room.
