Double room with private bathroom, bills included

Bright double room in a modern two bedroom flat, with its own bathroom. Available from the start of January until the end of September 2027.

Availability:
My mate is moving out to live with his girlfriend, hence the availability. I will be here at a minimum until the end of September 2027, so ideally looking for someone to move in at least until then.

Room:
Fully furnished, although doesn’t have a desk. There is a desk in the living room which would be available Tuesday and Thursday each week (and weekends), as I work from home the other three days. The bookshelf you can see in the photos can be taken out and moved into my room if preferred. Private bathroom (not an en-suite but solely for your use).

Flat:
Shared living room / kitchen, which is obviously available at all times. Clean and tidy flat, cleaner comes once a fortnight which is included. Fast WiFi, Netflix and all bills are taken care of. Washing machine / dryer, dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen. New build flat with gated entrance and concierge.

Location:
8 minute walk to Canada Water station (Jubilee and overground) and 10 minute walk to Surrey Quays station (overground). Convenient cycle paths if that’s your preference. Large Tesco is also a ten minute walk away.

About me:
36 year old male professional. Clean and tidy, looking for someone similar. I work from the office two days a week and from home the others. Go to the gym, play padel and usually out once per week. Would probably be away one weekend every 4-6 weeks.

Rent and details:
£1,400 per month. One month deposit up front. No pets or smokers, sorry. References and Right to Rent check required.

Viewings:
My mate moves out at the end of November. Viewings are possible before then on certain days, with his things still in the room, or in the first two weeks of December if you'd rather see it empty. Can also do video calls.
