Double bedroom with own bathroom in Canada Water

Hey! My name is Patrick, and I’m looking for a new flatmate (or couple) as my lovely current flatmates are moving out end of November to get their own place. We’ve lived together for over 2 years and made this place home, so I’m hoping to find someone new to join me.

About the flat:
The whole building is a new build and in great condition. You’ll have a spacious double bedroom with the main bathroom all to yourself (bathtub included!) and can enjoy the open-plan kitchen and living area, perfect for cooking, relaxing, or hanging out. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine, and the balcony faces the calm inner courtyard - ideal for fresh air or a quiet glass of wine. The building also has a free residents’ gym and concierge service.

Location:
Canada Water Station (Overground & Underground) is less than a minute away, so you can be in central London in under 15 minutes. There’s a small Sainsburys for a quick shop just across the street, or a large Tesco for a weekly shop in a shopping mall 5 mins away. Residents get free weekend access to the new Canada Water Leisure Center with gym and pool. There are also restaurants, pubs, and amazing bars just around the corner. There is also a food court right by our entrance every Sunday for some street food. For sports and outdoor activities, there are tennis courts in the nearby park, a paddle ball court next to the shopping mall, and a bouldering place nearby with discounted rates for locals.

The Canada Water area itself is beautiful, with recent investment and development making it better and better all the time. If you haven't been for a while, it's worth coming to have a look!

Rent & bills:
Rent is £1,150 for one person or £1,450 for a couple. Bills are not included, but all together are about £200 per person (if we are just two). The current contract runs until August 2026, with the option to extend. I honestly think this flat is an amazing deal for the price, given the location, spacious rooms, balcony, and modern amenities.

A bit about me:
I’m 32, originally from Germany, living in London for almost 7 years. I work in data science and enjoy lots of things from going to the gym, reading a good book, watching Netflix or playing video games to catching up at the pub, weekend drinks, traveling as much as I can and meeting friends. I love living here, and it’s really become my home.
