The live-out landlord lives nearby – close enough to rescue forgotten keys, sort out any problems or even help with a milk emergency, but otherwise happily invisible!

One of London's lovely hidden waterside spots, with everything within easy reach:
Canada Water & Surrey Quays stations – approximately 10 minutes' walk
Greenland Dock – right on your doorstep
Thames Path – 5 minutes away
