Hi there! We have a spare en-suite room in our modern 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom flat in Canada Water.
We are currently an all-female household, and are young professionals in our mid-to-late 20s. We work standard weekday hours (with a mix of office and hybrid working) and are looking for a fourth person to join our home.

👯‍♀️About Us
We’re an easy-going, friendly household. We love catching up in the living room, cooking, or watching a movie together. We’re also down for heading to a local gym class or having a cute arts & crafts night when our schedules line up! But we also respect each other's boundaries and downtime after a long day. We’re mindful of keeping shared spaces tidy and organized. Do reach out if this is what you’re looking for!

🛌The Room
The room is modern, spacious, with ample amount of natural light. This comes fully furnished with:
• A king-size bed with underbed storage.
• A private en-suite bathroom.
• A large wardrobe and two nightstands.

🏡The Flat & Building Amenities
The flat is incredibly spacious, bright, and well layed out.
- Communal Space: A large open-plan living room and dining area, plus a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher.
- Extra Space: We have a large dedicated storage room and a separate utility room where the washing machine is, plus an extra guest toilet (hence the 4.5 bathrooms!).
- Balcony: A huge south-facing balcony that isn't covered by a roof overhead, meaning the entire flat gets an amazing amount of natural light.
- The Perks: The building has a secure entry, a lift, a concierge service, an on-site maintenance team, a garage, and secure bike storage.

📍Location & Commute
The flat is tucked away in a quiet area but is only a short walk to both Canada Water (Jubilee Line/Overground) and Surrey Quays (Overground) stations.

In the neighborhood: We are surrounded by great local shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants. There’s a lovely little park right behind the house, and we’re super close to the docks for a nice scenic walk. For groceries, we have a massive Tesco Extra just an 8-minute walk away, plus a handy Sainsbury’s right by the station. For fitness, there is a gym including swimming pool within a 10–15 minute walk, as well as yoga and reformer Pilates studios about 20 minutes away.
