Hi there! I am looking for a clean, respectful, and friendly flatmate to share this beautiful, spacious apartment.
The Space:
• Your Bedroom & Bathroom: You will have a bright, furnished bedroom and your own private bathroom located right outside your door (not en-suite, but entirely yours to use!). The desk and office chair belong to the current tenant who is willing negotiate a good price if you wish to keep it. There is also a chest of drawers in the living room that could be relocated back in the bedroom if needed.
• Living & Dining: The heart of the flat is a very spacious, open-plan living room and kitchen that flows directly out onto a lovely private balcony—perfect for a morning coffee or winding down in the evening.
The Kitchen (Fully Equipped):
If you love to cook, you are in luck! The kitchen is packed with modern gadgets that you are more than welcome to use, including:
• Coffee machine & blender
• Air fryer, toaster, & microwave
• Plenty of existing storage space (I am more than happy to reorganize and shift things around to ensure you have all the cupboard and fridge space you need!)
About Me & Flatmate Preferences:
• My Routine: I work on a shift pattern, which means my days off change from week to week. This works out perfectly for a flatshare, as it naturally gives us both plenty of independent time alone to enjoy the flat to ourselves.
• The Ideal Flatmate: I am looking for someone friendly who is keen to hang out and share some social space together, but who also completely values and respects each other's privacy and downtime.
