We’re looking for a lovely third flatmate to join our home in Canada Water from around 20th December.

A little about us:

I’m Srushti (21), working in advertising and going into the office three days a week. My flatmate Deepthi (28) is also a working professional and mostly works from home.

We have a really nice balance at home. We enjoy our own space, respect each other’s routines and like keeping the flat clean, tidy and comfortable.

Location 📍

The flat is in a really convenient part of Canada Water, with:

* Canada Water station just a 10 minute walk away
* Southwark Gym around 12 minutes away
* Sainsbury’s, Tesco Extra and Nisa Local nearby
* Plenty of cute cafés within walking distance

Who we’re looking for:

Ideally, we’d love another working female who is friendly, considerate and responsible.

Cleanliness is quite important to us, so we’re looking for someone who is happy to contribute equally to household chores and keep shared spaces tidy.

We’d also love someone who’s open to socialising occasionally! Whether that’s exploring cute cafés, planning days out, having a little catch up after work or simply spending time together at home.

Of course, there’s absolutely no pressure to socialise all the time. We both value our personal space and would love someone who feels the same.

Essentially, we’re hoping to find someone we can genuinely get along with and make the flat feel like a home rather than just a shared living arrangement. 💗

The room is available from around 20th December 2026, ideally for someone looking for a longer term stay.
