Hi! We have two bright and beautifully furnished bedrooms available from 28th November in our lovely four-bedroom house in Canada Water / Rotherhithe.

Room 1 Is on the first floor
Room 2 is on the ground floor

📍 Location

A fantastic riverside location combining a peaceful neighbourhood with excellent connections across London:

7-minute walk to Canada Water station (Jubilee line and Overground), with easy access to London Bridge, Canary Wharf, Waterloo and the West End.
3-minute walk to Rotherhithe Overground station.
2-minute walk to the River Thames for lovely riverside walks.
Around 20 minutes’ walk to Tower Bridge.

Supermarkets, cafés, pubs, restaurants and local shops are nearby, as well as Southwark Park.

🏡 The House

The house has four bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. (The main bathroom is shared between 3 girls) a separate living room, a garden and a garage.

The kitchen was completely renovated in May and is fully equipped with brand-new appliances, including a dishwasher, washer-dryer, air fryer and double oven, with seating for up to six people.

There’s also a garage used for storage, so we can’t accommodate a car, but bikes and scooters are welcome.

👋 About Us

You’ll be living with two girls and one chunky cat! I’m 35, work in infrastructure and am mainly office-based. I’ve lived in the house since 2021. My flatmate, F, is 26 and works as a dancer/content creator, mainly from home.

King, my lovely six-year-old British Shorthair, is very much part of the household, so being a cat lover or being happy and comfortable living with cats is essential. 🐱

We’re friendly and enjoy a chat, but we also value our own space and a peaceful, comfortable home. We’re looking for considerate, tidy professionals who appreciate the same. This isn’t a party house, so it’s best suited to someone who enjoys a relaxed home environment.

We’re ideally looking for professional women preferably with a mainly office-based routine.

💷 Bills & Tenancy

Bills are approximately £130–£140 per person, per month ( council Tax Band E) . We deal directly with the landlord, with no agency involved.

We’re looking for someone interested in a long-term stay only and aren’t considering short-term lets.
