A really spacious duplex (over 1,000 sq ft) with a large living/dining room, heating throughout, under-stair storage and lots of general storage.

It's a very large room with space to add extra storage and a desk if you need one. The big bathroom right outside your door is all yours.

👋 About me
I'm 36, work as a Legal & Compliance Manager and have lived in the flat for about a year and in London about 5 years. Outside work I love yoga and go to a gym nearby. I work hybrid but I'm mostly in the office, so I'd prefer a flatmate with a similar setup. I'm looking for someone friendly, tidy and respectful of shared space, who's up for hanging out or watching Netflix together sometimes, while also giving each other space when needed.

📍 Location
The area is residential and has excellent transport links. There’s the lovely Greenland docks and South dock around the corner. The Thames path is great if you’re into running. Southwark park is a 10 minute walk away where they have park run every Saturday. A Nisa local essentially across the road. Big Tesco, Post office and many other convenient shops around 10 minute walk away. Lidl is about 15 minutes walk. Basically, everything you could need is within a short distance.
