Hey! My current flatmate is moving back to Australia, so I'm looking for someone to take over his room in our renovated two-bedroom flat in Canada Water.

- 10 mins to Rotherhithe station
- 10 mins to Surrey Quays Shopping Centre/Tesco
- 4 mins to a local Co-op
- Quiet residential neighbourhood with great transport links

A bit about me:

A 31 year old professional, working full time for a Bank in HR.

I'm active and sociable outside the flat and enjoy running, going to the gym, watching sport, festivals, DJ events and catching up with friends.

During the working week, I generally prefer a relaxed and peaceful home, while weekends are when I'm more likely to be out socialising.

Who I'm looking for:

Ideally, another working professional who's friendly, considerate, clean and independent.

Cleanliness and mutual respect are particularly important to me. I'm looking for someone who naturally cleans up after themselves, keeps shared spaces tidy and is mindful of noise, particularly during the working week.

Someone with their own interests and social life would be a great fit, and a fairly regular office-based working routine would suit the household well.
