ALL BILLS ARE INCLUDED (plus unlimited wifi) BUT there is a monthly allowance of £120 towards gas and electricity and any shortfall will need to be covered by the occupiers.

Easy access to: London Bridge (only 2 stops from Canada Water), Canary wharf (1stop), North Greenwch (the O2) and many other stations on Jubilee Line (Bond Street, Baker Street, Kilburn etc)
