The house is fully furnished with washing machine/, dishwasher, fridge freezer, and a fully equipped kitchen.

There is a lounge room with a TV, and there is also a good sized garden at the back of the house which benefits from lots of afternoon sun. Behind the garden is a private pathway to the riverside and park only accessible to private residents!

Break clauses included in all of our contracts, so there is flexibility to leave early if needed

Mudchute Park, a huge park located nearby which actually has its own farm inside!
