Hello, I am looking for tenants to share the 2-bed flat from early/late September. Starting date is negotiable. Professionals preferred.
The rent price advertised for the master bedroom is for a single person. For couple it would be adjusted to 1900pcm for the master room.
If you want to rent the entire flat, that price will be 2600pcm.
All prices are excluding bills, which is 120-150 per person including council tax, utilities and WiFi.
I also prefer tenants who like quiet and clean living environment, but open and frequent communication to manage the relationship between flatmates is also key.
