Why is it becoming available?

I have recently been approved to take a five-month sabbatical/unpaid leave break from work.

I'll be flying to Guatemala on the 1st December and will be back at somepoint in late April, so am looking for someone to rent my room for 4-5 months ideally.

You'll be living with my flatmate and friend Craig, who occupies the second bedroom in the flat.

Given the relatively short term nature of the listing, and the fact that I will not be in the country, I will be asking for the rent to be paid in advance/up front.

- In Canary Wharf, excellent transport links with Jubilee, DLR and Elizabeth line all within very short walk
- A two-bed, 13th floor flat, newly built in 2022, with West facing lounge/kitchen and views of The Shard/London Eye.
- Building has 24-hr concierge and access to a 27th floor gardens (more great views!)
- High Speed Internet
- Air conditioning in all rooms
- medium sized double room with fitted wardrobe, double bed. Access to a desk in the lounge if you work from home.
- Ensuite bathroom
