Service charges and ground rent for the building are included in the rent, and the water bill is included in this (there is no gas).

Due to the location, this property would ideally suit a Canary Wharf office worker. I work from home most of the time, but I'm out some/most evenings. The following stations are nearby:

The 135, D6, D7, N550 buses stop across the main road, where there is a Tesco Express open to 11pm daily, and a Morrisons Daily open until 2am daily.

A deposit of five weeks rent would be required, along with the first month rent payment, before you move in. The lodging contract between us would last a minimum of two months (unless ended sooner by mutual consent), and would then be on a rolling one-month basis/notice period (on both sides).
