SHORT LET** Double room in Canary Wharf

Hi, my partner and I have a spacious double room available in the flat we rent over summer, located 7 mins by walking from Westferry Station (DLR) and 15 minutes by walking to Canary Wharf, which you can also reach by bus. There are plenty of other bus routes to Mile End, Liverpool Street, Whitechapel, Canning Town.

The flat is well-maintained and perfect for somebody looking for a clean, comfortable and convenient place. The room includes a double bed, a built-in wardrobe, a mirror and some clothes cabinets/storage, but you can bring in your own furniture or we can discuss the provision of additional furniture as needed.
There are two common areas: a fully equipped kitchen/living room and a shared bathroom. Bedrooms don’t have locks
Amenities: high-speed internet, washing machine, dishwasher, oven and air-frier.
Bills: water, gas/electicity, Wifi are included in the rent.

Room available in July/August/September, but NOT CONSECUTIVELY - so please contact me for further information.
Note that this room is advertised for singular use, however we are happy to consider couples. Rent for couples would be to 270£ per week. We are also flexible on check in/check out dates.
Minimum stay: 3 days; max stay: 30 days.
Pets are not allowed inside the property, as well as smoking.. but happy for you to smoke on the balcony.
