NASA-level workstation and super crisp sound system plus, not pictured, 60” TV + sofa bed + Eames lounge chair right in your room. Oh and extremely nice feather duvet and pillows, smart light w sunrise wake-up, auto-on when raining, etc. etc.

Jubilee, Elizabeth and DLR all walking distance. 1 small supermarket, 3 convenience store, 3 food places and a coffee shop, dry cleaners, etc. etc. literally immediately downstairs, and tons more in the vicinity.

HUGE park with outdoor gym crossing the street. Less than 100m to the Thames shoreline, perfect for a Thames walk during sunset with the London skyline

Flat’s fully equipped for absolute maximum chill, fully kitted large kitchen, 65” 4k wall mounted TV, PS4 & VR, surround sound, the comfiest Eames Lounge Chair, etc. Not to mention Bluetooth speakers in every other room.

Basically, it’s mega nice to live here and it’s ready to move in, just bring your clothes and picture frames!

I’m only after someone who is tidy and cleans up after themselves within reason, knows how to live life to the fullest, and is not a light sleeper (music plays often, yours too!). We get regular cleaners as well. It’ll be just you two while I’m gone.

I’d like for it to be a home, so if you like watching and splitting the cents and pennies you won’t get along. We love giving, enthusiastically and freely, and have found that life is much rosier when everyone is like that. It works to about the same level of effort but it’s filled with nice surprises instead of nagging.
