We are on the top floor of a gated development with balcony views over Canary Wharf and out over the City. The building has a 24 hr concierge service, gym, pool, and hot tub included in rent.
The rent is £1300 pcm with bills coming to roughly £165 pcm each.
A little about me, I am a 23 year old young professional who spends 4-5 days in the office. I'm looking for someone a similar age who appreciates a quiet and independent space during the week but equally loves a chat and a glass of wine or two on the weekend.
The flat is available latest on the 13th November but there is room for negotiation.
