Hi everyone! We have a double room available and looking for someone to come and replace one of our housemates as he is moving out!

Ideally looking for someone that’s friendly, respectful and add to the dynamic of the house. Down for a pub or chill and watch shows in the living room.

Located 5 minutes walk from the centre of Canary Wharf, this room is situated on the top floor of a gigantic house. The property features:

- 2 living rooms.
- 3 bathrooms.
- a terrace garden complete with a barbeque and patio seating.
- a spacious kitchen.
- enough storage to hide everything you've ever bought twice over.

The property is well connected, 4 minutes from the DLR, 7 from the Jubilee line and 10 from the Elizabeth line. Nearest supermarket is 5 minutes away (M&S) but a mega supermarket is 10 minutes away (ASDA). Current tenants are all working professionals between 25 and 35.

We're looking for a new tenant to join our little group. Ideally a working professional, intending to stay a minimum of 6 months but would prefer someone that is wanting to stay up to a year and with an upbeat and down to Earth personality.
