I’m moving out, so my room is available in our spacious new-build flat in E14, from the 1st of December (end of November at the earliest).

The room:
A spacious, sunny double with a tall window, king-size bed, freestanding wardrobe plus a built-in wardrobe. You’d share the bathroom with just one person, as the other room has its own en-suite.

The flat:
The living room and kitchen are both really generous, but the highlight is the huge balcony looking out over the canal towards Canary Wharf. It’s perfect for summer evenings or morning coffee. There’s air conditioning for the hot days, too.

Transport:

Westferry DLR: 6 minutes’ walk
Mile End (Central, District, Hammersmith & City): 15 minutes’ walk, or 3 stops on the bus

The household:
Two chilled working professionals. It’s a quiet, relaxed flat, not a party house. Everyone is tidy and respectful of each other’s space, and we’d love someone who fits that vibe.

Looking for a tidy, easy-going professional who’d enjoy a calm, friendly home. Sorry, no pets or couples.
