Contract swap: high-floor double room with shared balcony, Lincoln Plaza, Canary Wharf

I’m moving abroad, so my room is available as a contract swap. Move-in date Nov 28.

It’s a high-floor double room with direct private balcony access and panoramic views across London, ideal for a working professional.

The room: Spacious double room with floor-to-ceiling balcony doors, built-in wardrobe. Step onto your own private balcony and watch the sunset over the city. Shared bathroom with one flatmate.

The flat: Clean, modern 3-bed with two other flatmates, both very chill and my good friends, sad to leave them! Open-plan kitchen/dining with hardwood floors, a large living room with city views, and a long balcony running the length of the flat.

The building: Residents get free access to the Hilton Hotel pool, gym and leisure facilities in the basement, plus a residents’ games room that has a ping pong table overlooking the city at night.

Rent: £1,060 pcm (bills excluded)
Deposit: £1,250 (contract swap, stepping into an existing tenancy)
