Double Room Canary Wharf All Inclusive

A fully furnished double room is available from 20th December based in Canary Wharf/South Quay for £800 per month all inclusive (including broadband, Sky, electricity, council tax, service charge, gas). We also require a deposit of £800. The room has a bed (mattress was bought one year ago), TV, desk, shelves and lots of closet space.

You will be sharing the flat with a married couple, a child and two cats. We are both full-time professionals in our late 30s/40. The two cats are friendly, affectionate and happy. The flat is spacious enough for privacy and quiet areas, as all of the rooms have doors on them. The flat is based over two floors with the bedrooms and bathroom on the upper floor and the living room and kitchen (separate areas) on the lower floor. The kitchen has a washer and dryer. It is also fully equipped with dishes, pots/pans and a kettle, microwave, etc. We get a cleaner in to deep clean the flat once a month and then we clean the flat once a week.

We are clean and laid back people and will most likely offer you dinner when you come home after a tough day, as my husband is a chef and we both love our food and wine and laugh a lot. It is a good place if you want someplace cozy to go home to at the end of the day. So you know, we are also sociable people, but not party people. Our home should be your home as well and there should be no one that is uncomfortable to just text or whatsapp each other about stuff (i. e. having a couple of friends over, not feeling well and just want peace and quiet, etc. etc.). We are very flexible and quite relaxed and we love our friends too. We have quite an artsy and slightly nerdy group of friends and we do love to have the occasional dinner party, but will always ask you as well if it's okay and also ask if you would love to join. We believe a home is where you should feel you can be yourself and never feel uncomfortable, so we are looking for those that feel the same, but are conscientious and thoughtful too.

We have the rent as lower than usual, as we understand that we are a family and have two cats. One of us works from home (from the bedroom) and our son does his home education downstairs in the living room Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm.
