PROPERTY DETAILS
Internally this house is amazing. With a gorgeous kitchen, 2 utility rooms and 4 bathrooms all incorporated within a delightful character home, you'll be hard pushed to find a more beautiful house in this price range. It is a must-see.
Situated in a beautiful quiet corner of East London (much nicer than further north in Poplar) it is set opposite a picturesque church in its own quiet, leafy square.
BEDROOM 1
This is a large double with a traditional sash window. It has a king size bed with high ceilings with ornate coving & plenty of storage space. It is beautifully decorated, fully furnished & even a chandelier graces the room.
The main kitchen is large and bright with a large range cooker beautifully situated in the chimney breast, a dishwasher, 2 fridges & a microwave. There is plenty of storage and lots of preparation surfaces. All the kitchenware is also provided.
The lounge is adjacent to the main kitchen & so it's a really sociable arrangement. There is also a TV & 2 comfy sofas.
There are 3 large communal bathrooms; the 1st has a WC, sink & shower cubicle, the other 2 have the same plus a separate bath each. They have all been beautifully tiled & are superb.
The house has a sunny south facing garden & patio. This 5-storey house is beautiful & is a must-see. The other tenants you would be living with are really friendly & would be very easy to live with.
The area is right on the doorstep of The Wharf. It is 2 mins from Blackwall or All Saints station (Zone 2) & Canary Wharf station is a 7 min walk away. For trains, tube and buses you are spoilt for choice and you can be either in the City, West End or Stratford all in about 20 minutes.
There are plenty of local bars, restaurants and shops all on your doorstep and of course the benefit of everything Canary Wharf has to offer a few minutes walk away.
The rent includes all bills, a cleaner. The only thing not included is a phone or any TV cable/satellite subscription although a TV and licence are provided.
