This house is in great condition. With a gorgeous kitchen and 3 refurnished bathrooms you'll be hard pushed to find a more beautiful house in this price range. It is a must-see.

BEDROOM 2
The bedroom is a good size & comes fully furnished. It has a double bed & plenty of storage space including a wardrobe and bedside cabinet.

The kitchen/diner is great & comes with a dishwasher, washing machine & oven with gas hob. All the units are new with plenty of storage & loads of food preparation surfaces. Plus all the kitchenware is also provided.

The lounge is also a good size. It has 2x 3-seater sofas, a TV and is very comfortable.

The house also has a sunny south facing garden & patio - great for BBQ’s! There is also off-street parking available. The whole house is fabulous & is a must-see.

You have the choice of about a 5 minute walk to Crossharbour DLR (down Pier St) or Island Gardens DLR stations & you are able to easily access all that Canary Wharf, the City, the O2 Arena, Greenwich & Stratford have to offer.

You can also get on the Jubilee Line at Canary Wharf & get much further West in 20 minutes or so.

The rent includes all bills, a cleaner. The only thing not included is the phone and any TV cable/satellite subscription although a TV and licence are provided.
