The double room is furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, height adjustable study desk and chair, desk cabinet, built-in wardrobe and bedside drawer. The flat has 1 shared bathroom, with a great shower and a bath. There is an open plan kitchen, shared living room and balcony with a fantastic view of the river Thames. All cooking wares (pots, pans), cutlery sets, plates, bowls, cups are provided. There's a secured bicycle store room. The room has its own balcony.

All bills are included in the rent i. e. Fibre Broadband, TV License, Council Tax, Electric and Water.

A well-stocked and decent sized Nisa local store for groceries is just right in front of the East India station. Waitrose, Tesco and Sainsbury are 3 stops away at Canary Wharf. Marks and Spencer and Waitrose is 12 minutes away at Stratford. Both Canary Wharf and Stratford offers a long list of restaurants and shops.

The room will require 1 month's deposit, and 1 months notice period after the initial minimum term.

There'll be shared cleaning responsibilities. 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month for me, 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month for you. Privacy is appreciated. Visitors should be with prior discussion.
