PROPERTY DETAILS

Completely refurbished, internally this house is immaculate. With an enormous, gorgeous new kitchen and 4 completely re-tiled & refurnished bathrooms you'll be hard pushed to find a more beautiful house in this price range. It is a must-see.

BEDROOM 4
This is a standard size double room with a double bed & wardrobe. It is fully furnished. It faces towards the rear of the property & is very quiet.

The kitchen/diner is as stunning as it is huge. It comes with 2 fridge/freezers, a dishwasher, washing machine & range cooker with 2 ovens. All the units are brand new with plenty of storage & loads of food preparation space plus an additional island with 4 bar stools. The dining area is adjacent from the kitchen & the table seats 4. The lounge makes up the rest of this enormous room & it looks out onto the patio & back garden. It has 2 3-seater sofas & 2 chairs, a TV and is very comfortable.

The whole house is fabulous & is a must-see.

The other tenants you would be living with are really friendly & would be very easy to live with.

Situated about 5 minutes from Crossharbour DLR station or opposite the bus stop you are able to easily access all that Canary Wharf, the City, the O2 Arena, Greenwich & Stratford have to offer.

You can also get on the Jubilee Line at Canary Wharf & get much further West in 20 minutes or so. Alternatively you could walk to Canary Wharf in 15 minutes or in the same time go through the foot tunnel under the Thames & reach Greenwich.

The rent includes all bills and a cleaner. The only thing not included is the phone/broadband and any TV cable/satellite subscription although a TV and licence are provided.
