I am looking for a single, peaceful, neat, tidy, and respectful female professional for a short-term or long-term stay. A washing machine and WIFI are available. I am a friendly, respectful introvert, so Please respect my privacy and my space. £50 A DAY. £250 a Week. £900 a month WITH DEPOSIT. I don't mind a light smoker, but PLEASE do it outside the house or on the roof terrace. Smoking indoors and late rent will result in the loss of deposit. I am Open to a long-term stay with the right person who is clean, tidy, pays rent on time, and is not rude, aggressive or confrontational. Small pets are welcome.
