Hi! My flatmate is moving out, so I’m looking for a lovely female flatmate to take over her room from 1st September 😊

The room is a double room with a large wardrobe in a modern two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment. The building has some great amenities, including a concierge, private gym, residents' dining area, lounge and co-working space.

The bathroom is directly opposite the bedroom and will be your own private bathroom (including for your guests). The living room, balcony and kitchen are shared spaces that we’ll both enjoy.

The apartment is in a really convenient location — just a 2-minute walk from Canning Town Station, with Lidl and Morrisons also nearby.

**A little about me:**

I’m 30, work in IT, and I’d describe myself as introverted but friendly. I work from home most days, so I really appreciate having a peaceful, clean and comfortable home. I’m naturally tidy and love creating a space that feels fresh, cosy and welcoming.

**Who I’m looking for:**

I’d love to find someone who is friendly, calm, considerate, quiet and also enjoys keeping the home clean and comfortable. As we’ll be sharing the space, I think it’s important that we’re both respectful of each other’s routines, space and shared areas.
