Short term let: double room w/ private bathroom

**Short term preferred, i. e. up to around April next year

A double room is available in our modern new-build flat right next to Canning Town Station. The location has excellent connections, with Jubilee Line, DLR, and several bus routes nearby. Plus nearby supermarkets including Morrisons and Tian Tian Market.

The flat features high-quality amenities throughout, including:
- Open-plan living room and kitchen
- Dishwasher, washing machine, and high-speed internet
- Lift access and secure entry
- Your bedroom will include a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, desk and chair
- private bathroom

You’ll be sharing with myself and my partner (Mandarin speaker), we’ll be in the master bedroom. The room available is the second bedroom and you’ll also have private use of the main bathroom in the flat. Photos are from the showroom, but the flat will be fully furnished and nicely set up before you move in in late November.

The monthly rent includes all bills, and we’re open to both professionals and students. We are looking for someone quiet, friendly, and respectful to share the space with. Minimum stay ideally 3 months but could be negotiated.
