- DOUBLE ROOM + BATHROOM:
The room has a double bed, Emma Premium mattress, two windows with plenty of natural light, and a private bathroom exclusively for you (outside of room) with shower, toilet and basin.

All bedrooms have separate locks for privacy and security.

- SHARED FACILITIES & LIVING ROOM ARRANGEMENT

You will share a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, including a dishwasher, oven, gas hob, large fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle and cooking essentials.

A washing machine, dryer and garden are also available.

Living room: Our living room also serves as our home office when we're at home, so its use needs to be flexible around our working arrangements, particularly during working hours. It isn't completely off-limits, but it isn't always available as a communal lounge.

A little bonus for the winter: We expect to be away from around mid-December for approximately three months. During this time, you will be welcome to use the living room freely, along with the other shared facilities.

The rent has been discounted to £990 pcm to reflect the flexible living room arrangement.

I am a live-in landlord and share the house with my partner. We are a friendly lesbian couple in our 30s and enjoy a peaceful, respectful and LGBTQ+ friendly household. We both hybrid/WFH.

Our bedroom and the advertised bedroom are on opposite sides of the hallway, offering good privacy for everyone.
