Canning Town has Lidl/Morrisons/Superdrug/Tian Tian and many convenience stores.

Current Tenant is a professional working female so a professional working female is preferred.

Cleanliness is really important, particularly as I want to make sure the house remains a comfortable and enjoyable place for the existing tenant. By clean, I mean no shoes in the house, doesn’t like to wear outdoor clothes on the bed type of clean, and generally being mindful about keeping shared spaces fresh and tidy.

Someone who naturally cleans as they go, notices when something needs doing and takes responsibility for keeping the house nice without necessarily having assigned chores.

It’s also important that you’re considerate of the person you’re sharing with. We’re looking for someone who respects shared spaces, keeps noise reasonable and is generally mindful that it’s someone else’s home too.

Having friends over is absolutely fine, but this isn’t intended to be a house-party type of place - we’re looking for a calm, respectful and easy-going household.

Overall, we’re looking for someone clean, considerate and house-proud who will treat the place with care and be a good flatmate.
