Double Room with Private Bathroom in Canning Town

My flatmate is moving out, so I’m looking for someone to take over their room in our 2-bed, 2-bath flat in Canning Town (E16 1YS), available from 21st December.

About the flat:

* 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, so you’ll have your own private bathroom.
* Located on the 9th floor.
* Open-plan living room and kitchen, with a shared living space.
* Great transport links, with both the DLR and Jubilee line nearby. Getting to Bank or central London takes roughly 30–35 minutes.
* A large Morrisons and Lidl are both nearby for your everyday shopping.

Rent and bills:

* Rent: £1,142 per month, excluding bills.
* Estimated total including bills: around £1,350 per month.

A bit about me:

I’m 25, work in finance, and go into the office 3–4 days a week. I don’t smoke or have pets, and I like to keep the flat tidy, clean and comfortable.

I’m respectful, fairly quiet, and easygoing. I’m always happy to have a chat or hang out from time to time, but I also appreciate that we all need our own space and time to ourselves.

Who I’m looking for:

Ideally, someone who is tidy, respectful and considerate of shared spaces, and who would enjoy a relaxed, friendly home environment.
