I’ll be away for three months and am looking for someone to make my fully furnished one-bedroom flat their home from 21 November to 20 February.

The flat is directly opposite Canning Town station (E16) and includes a bedroom with built in wardrobe, a separate living room, an open-plan kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub, a balcony with a beautiful view of River Lea and plenty of storage.

It’s fully equipped for a comfortable stay, with a washer-dryer, Nespresso machine, air fryer, iron and ironing board, and a large TV. There’s also a standing desk with two monitors - ideal if you work from home.

You’ll also have access to the building’s gym, coworking space and rooftop, all at no extra cost.

You can take the lift straight down to the basement, which connects directly to a huge Morrisons supermarket. Lidl, Tian Tian Asian supermarket, Holland & Barrett, Pret and Starbucks are all within a two-minute walk.

Honestly, it’s the most convenient flat I’ve ever lived in - which is why I’m only letting it out while I’m away, but of course open to negotiation.
