I have a balcony, which is smoker friendly, if needs be. A cleaner is included in the bills. The block is safe, friendly and portered and there are some well maintained communal gardens. You will just be sharing with me, the owner. I am sociable and friendly, but respect the need for privacy and people to do their own thing. Less than 10 minutes walk from Canning Town station. Jubilee Line, 2 stops to Canary Wharf, 3 to Stratford. DLR to Bank and Tower Gateway. Local buses to Aldgate and Stratford.
